The lookup buttons
Next to Get Wx are four icon buttons. Nothing any of them remembers is stored — every setting applies to the current session only and resets when you reload.
Refresh and Clear are active only when there is text in the lookup box; Custom Alert can be opened anytime, and the view toggle appears once you have results.
- Refresh re-runs the current entries and pulls the latest METAR, TAF, and model data — useful when weather is changing and you want an immediate update without retyping.
- Clear empties the lookup box and removes the current results.

Auto-refresh
While the page is open, your entries also refresh automatically every 15 minutes so an open lookup never quietly goes stale. Auto-refresh pauses when the tab is in the background and resumes when you return to it; after a background refresh a brief "Refreshed" note appears under the TAF slider showing the local day and time this page last pulled the data — it marks when your query was refreshed, not when the weather station issued its report (for that, read the age pill and the raw report's own timestamp). The results update in place — the screen never blanks.
